Shipping Policy
At Legacy Soap Co., we offer free UK shipping on all orders over £7. We aim to use sustainable and eco-friendly packaging where possible and ensure that all orders are plastic free. We aim to process and ship your order within 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.

We have recently opened up to international orders as well, with a delivery charge of £8.50 per order. We will be reviewing this over the coming months to assess this service.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Legacy Soap Co., we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items, unless they are defective. Please remember that our soaps are entirely natural, hand poured and cut so there will be some differences between bars. Returns for defective soaps will not include this type of claim.
